The FHA 203k Loan is a great option as long as a 203k-experienced lender is used and a 203k-educated/experienced contractor is used, such as a Certified 203k Contractor. People participating with the 203k without the proper knowledge and understanding of the 203k, usually create problems that are completely avoidable.
